# Webhook Agency

Webhook sự kiện dịch vụ khách hàng của đại lý

Nhận dữ liệu sự kiện dịch vụ khách hàng đại lý từ Webhook

Webhook Agency cho phép Đại lý (Agency) nhận dữ liệu sự kiện của khách hàng cuối thông qua một API được khai báo. Mỗi khi sự kiện xảy ra, hệ thống gửi một request POST chứa JSON tới URL đã cấu hình.

Truy cập cấu hình (dùng tài khoảng Admin để truy cập): 

* **Trang quản trị Admin OMI:** Chi tiết cấu hình đại lý → Webhook
* **Trang quản trị Agency:** Chi tiết thông tin đại lý → Webhook
